Lyrics and Lunch

Lyrics and Lunch helps local churches provide friendship, fun, support and faith for those in our communities living with dementia and those caring for them.

One of the main problems for people living with Dementia and their carers, is loneliness. Lyrics and Lunch creates community for these people and gives them fun through a network of friendly singing and lunch groups.

Music is a fantastic way of reaching people with dementia. The brain remembers songs, even the lyrics of songs, sung years ago, and it can help them feel normal again for a while.
